Calorie Roaster!
Eric's parents bought a Wii Fit a few weeks ago and I am in love with it! It is fun, educational, and I'm totally into fitness right now. About 6 weeks ago Eric and I set fitness goals that included some weight loss. The first week I lost 3 pounds! Then the next week only 1 and since then I have not lost any more weight. It has been an interesting struggle because I have never tried to lose weight before. As each week went by that I had no weight loss, I revised my plan to include more exercise, more water, and other ideas for improved metabolism. I have about 7 pounds to go to reach my goal BMI, but 13 to reach my real goal weight. We set our deadline for May 1st. I am going to search online today for info on calorie counting so I can make sure I burn more calories than I take in. I will definitely meet this goal. I can see myself now... I am light and alive at 135!

Haha. Yet another reason I wish we lived close. I would be in such good shape if I were hanging out with you all the time! The only weight-loss tip I have for you is one that you told me about years ago: the ice cream diet. Haha. Do you remember that? I think you ate mostly ice cream for a few days and lost weight and loved life. I guess you probably weren't getting the nutrients you needed either, but... you know. I still think about that most times when I have ice cream though. I miss you! Good luck with your goals! Just imagine I am toasting you on your success every time you drink a glass of water. It will make it feel more triumphant.
P.S. Am I the only one who comments on here? Why doesn't Traci have a blog yet? Or does she have a secret one that I don't know about? Dang.
Haha! You are the only one who comments on here and I got really excited when I saw that there were two comments. :( Oh well... I appreciate you. And Traci is not yet cool enough for a blog. Something about her being super busy with school all the time... who knows.
